Thank you for your interest in offering my jewelry line to your customers. Please read the following Wholesale Terms & Conditions carefully and do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT

To create a wholesale account please register and choose the option 'wholesale'.

WHOLESALE PRICE
The wholesale price is 50% of the retail price. If you are logged in with your wholesale account you will be able to see the wholesale price for each item once you add it to your shopping cart.

Please contact me if you would like a wholesale price list. Upon request I can offer a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP)

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
The minimum order quantity is 25 items. If this poses a problem for you, please let me know so that we can find a more suitable solution. 

The minimum re-order quantity is 15 items. If this poses a problem for you, please let me know so that we can find a more suitable solution.

SAMPLE
If you wish to receive a sample, please purchase it on my website at regular price. Should you decide to place a wholesale order afterwards, I will deduct the difference of the wholesale price off of your order total.

PLACING AN ORDER
To place a wholesale order, you have the option of going through the regular order form, or to contact me to discuss the terms, production process, and production time. 50% of the total amount is due upon placing the order (which would be advisable for orders larger than the minimum requirement). The rest of the payment is due when your order is ready to ship. 

Please know that the shipping time of '1-3 business days' as stated on the product page does not apply to wholesale orders. Please refer to the section 'Production Lead Time' below for further information on shipping time. 

Once your order has been placed I will review it and give you an estimate on the time frame until your order will be ready to ship.

SHIPPING
Shipment will be sent by carrier (UPS, FedEx or Purolator) unless you prefer a different option. If so, please let me know so we can find the best solution.  

The customer is responsible for all shipping and customs fees. Please let me know if you would like to receive shipping estimates for different carriers.

The cost for shipping will be added to your final bill and once paid in full, your order will ship.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
All my items are handcrafted by me. I do not have a stock of finished jewelry, but will start production once your order is placed. 

If I receive multiple orders in a short amount of time, I will create the shipments in the order they have been received. There will be no exceptions! If you need your items for a specific time frame, please place your order early enough. 

Lead time of production can vary greatly depending on whether I have the material at hand or are in the process of ordering. 

For a wholesale order of 25 items, the production lead time is approximately 3-5 business days, if I have all the material at hand. 

For a wholesale order of 100 items, the production lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks if I have all the material at hand.

CUSTOMIZATION
Some of my jewelry items are custom orders, for example the birthstone bracelet 'stardust' or the archangel bracelet 'something angelic'. I also offer custom created healing and spiritual bracelets. 

Should your customers wish custom made bracelets, please send me a message and I will craft the items at wholesale prices and send them to you to sell to your customer.

PACKAGING
Each item will be packed in a separate organza sack. If you wish to present the jewelry on a jewelry display, please let me know and I will attach them on a hanging tag. The tag will have my business name on it, the name of the bracelet and the addition 'sterling silver'. If you wish to have anything else written on it, for example the price you are selling it for, please let me know so that I can create the tags accordingly.

RETURN & CANCELLATION
In the unexpected case that one or more items are being damaged on the way to your store, please contact me immediately. I am offering the options of either replacement, refund, or store credit. 
Returns of damaged items will only be accepted within 10 days of receipt of your order. 

I do not offer buy-back, refund, or store credit for unsold items. 

Cancellations will be free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount of your order will be applicable.
